Why do you ask for a deposit as a New Patient?

Beginning 06/01/2024, a small deposit will be required to schedule a new patient appointment.

We take pride in providing thorough, personalized care. New patient visits are more comprehensive than regular appointments—lasting up to 45 minutes—so we can fully assess your health and address your concerns. In comparison, established patient visits typically take 10–15 minutes.

To reserve this dedicated time, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your visit.

Because these appointments require a significant time commitment, missed or last-minute cancellations can prevent other patients from receiving care during that time. Our goal is to respect everyone’s schedule and ensure appointment availability for those who need it.
