I am a local Gulf Breeze High School graduate. I attended the University of West Florida obtaining a Bachelors in Exercise Science and received my Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2012. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my boys. I coach and sponsor their teams at our local Recreational Center.
I've been an athlete, an active person my whole life. My story started as a UWF as a personal trainer in the local gym. A client and professor spoke to me about chiropractic. I did my research, visited schools and listened to testimonials. I decided to jump in. After experiencing my first adjustment while attending Palmer, I had found my passion! I began sleeping better, moving better and discovering a healthier lifestyle.
I truly enjoy working with my patients and am committed to enhancing the lives of those in the community. I utilize such techniques as the gonstead, diversified, graton and activator as needed.
